Allama Shibli Nomani Born in this village called Bindawal sarrounded by adjacent khankah and neighbouring villages are Jairaj Pur,Dewa Bindawal and Jagmal pur etc.This village have rich reputation in Azamgarh and huge contribution for azamgarh development in terms of education and social upliftment of soceity and also in active politics. One MP and Two MLA are still alive.One Madarsa "Faizane Shibli" and One Niswan School is with in the village and Four mosque is situated in different part of locality- Wasif

    Bindwal is my ancestral village. I remember very well, when Dr. Mustafa (my uncle), Fareed Abba, Badru Bade Abba, Mohd Ishaque (dada) Giasoo Bhai's abba's families were living in the old house as an extended family. Now, In this house Mushtaque Chacha's son, Ishtiaque lives. I have attended Salahu Bhai and Bilquis aapa's marriage at Bindwal. I am reminded of all those memories and riding on the elephant along with Dulha as a shabala .
